This 15-year-old Balblair is smoothed over time, matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in first-fill Spanish oak butts. Leatherwood honey and spicy gingerbread lead into juicy prunes and lemon peel. Richly textured, with tropical fruit, dark chocolate, and spices finishing long and mellow.
