Aroma: Crisp green apples, toasted almonds, dried coconut, juicy blackberries and pink peppercorn.

Palate: Vanilla custard slice, crème brulee and baked pears, lemon peel, sherry oak and banana.

Finish: Lingering honey with citrus.
